Career Development – Fall 2011 – Week 7

Nutritionist Amie Carron from Simply for Life guest-instructed the nutrition portion of our Nutrition & Fitness class. She loaded us with info to make nutrition fun and interesting – not boring or intimidating! 

For the fitness portion of the class, Kimberly taught some light cardio exercises to keep our bodies toned and keep our energy levels up.
